Senior Wine Waiter / Junior Head Waiter

Our client is a stunning 4 star country house hotel with a multi rosette restaurant and a reputation for quality. They are looking to build their senior management team with the addition of an experienced Senior Wine Waiter & Junior Head Waiter.

As Senior Wine Waiter your role is essentially to help control and develop the C&B function within this Venue and take some responsibility for the day to day operation of the restaurant, ensuring that the specified standards of performance are achieved, whilst achieving maximum financial control and efficiency along with the senior management team.

Wine Waiter Skills

• Must have strong background in hospitality
• Must have knowledge of traditional service standards
• Extensive wine and beverage knowledge
• Approachable and smiley yet extremely professional personality
• Excellent English language skills
• Impeccably presented
• A passion for the industry and a love of wine

Salary is upto £18,300

The Junior Head Waiter will be responsible for...

• Ensuring the successful smooth running of the Restaurant, Banquets and Weddings by supporting a team of waiters guiding them in delivering the restaurant's high standards.
• Taking reservations, setting and clearing tables, and ensuring the smooth running of their section, taking orders, ensuring that all dishes are served to a very high standard and are served in a timely manner.
• Ensuring that the Restaurant remains clean and thoroughly organised at all times

Salary is upto £17,100

We are looking for passionate people who believe only in excellent customer service and a positive work ethic. You could be currently working as a Senior Wine Waiter, Wine Waiter, Head Waiter, Waiter, Junior Head Waiter.

The role is based in Rotherwick, Hampshire and is easily commutable from locations such as Basingstoke, Fleet, Hook, Bramley, Chineham, Andwell, Heckfield Heath and Hartley Wintey. However live in is also available! The ideal candidate should ideally come from rosette background.
