RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER

Restaurant General Manager required for a long established and well known chinese/pan asian restaurant. If you are successful you will be responsible for the whole operation of the restaurant with minimal input by the proprietor.

Experience of chinese/pan asian food isn't essential. Of greater importance is an ability to train and motivate staff and to market the restaurant - (get people through the door!).

This is a challenge but is an opportunity to show how good you are with massive potential for career development.
