DEPUTY MANAGER - RMN
A fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Manager has arisen to join this well established Care Home with a formidable reputation. As a Deputy Manager you’ll assist in the day to day running operations with the Home Manager and oversee the clinical requirements of the Home. Previous Deputy Management or supervisory experience is essential and it could be a great step up for a senior staff nurse!!

Deputy Manager, RMN - Responsibilities:

*To deputise for the Manager in their absence, overseeing the Home.
*To manage, develop and evaluate all aspects of service provision in the Home – Managing and leading a team of nurses/staff.
*Adhering to all CQC regulations and raising standards of care where necessary.
*You will be required to maintain the high care standards that have been set in the home, and be an excellent manager of staff.
Deputy Manager, RMN - skills required:

*Proven Deputy Management or supervisory experience.
*You will be committed to providing the highest care standards.
*You will be a Registered Nurse – Ideally RMN
*Medium to large Care Home experience and have excellent communication skills.
