Phoenix ES Ltd provide outsourcing and recruitment services for the Domiciliary Care markets.
Phoenix ES Ltd main clients are the NHS, Primary Care Trusts and private care providers.
The company is now looking to recruit a Branch Manager to manage and oversee the Phoenix branch in Boston. The job holder will be responsible for ensuring that the branch delivers the highest quality of care to clients through attracting, training and developing suitable candidates. In addition to motivating and leading the branch team members to deliver effective staffing solutions.
The job holder will be responsible for managing the performance of all branch employees and the temporary workforce to ensure the branch achieves quality service delivery, annual sales quota, Company standards and performance levels.
The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:
1. Previous recruitment/sales experience with strong understanding of the recruitment life cycle and best practice recruitment processes.
2. Practical experience in the care industry.
3. Experience in dealing with NHS contracts.
4. Proven, solid experience of successfully managing a team.
5. Thorough understanding and appreciation of compliance and legislation in Care recruitment.
6. Solid legal and contractual knowledge and experience of recruitment terms and conditions.
7. Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships
8. Excellent administration and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
9. Experience of generating and winning new business.
10. Previous involvement in the development of services and service standards
11. Good communication skills
The role will be based at the Phoenix branch in Boston. This is a permanent, full time position and the salary is negotiable.
