RGN Manager needed in Rugby

My client is seeking an experienced full-time Nurse Manager (RN) to work a split day on the floor and working on administrating duties. Your role will be to lead and motivate your team of RNs and Carers.
You should have experience of leading a medium clinical team to deliver quality resident-centred care looking after and caring for older people in a nursing home setting.
