Home Care & Support Services Manager
£33,000 per annum
37 hours per week, to include some weekends and unsocial hours
Our Client is looking for an experienced Home Care Manager to run its Home Care & Support Services.
The role will involve developing the existing provision into a more comprehensive service and experience in managing domestic cleaning contracts, social support, respite and personal care is essential. The ability to drive the department forward in a changing environment will be key to the successful candidate.
You will deal with:
Staff Management
Service Provision
Administration
Business Development
Financial Management
Training & Development
Health & Safety
You will be conversant with operational management of large volume domiciliary care and cleaning contracts.
Have a Strong customer focus within the care services
Be conversant with National Care Standards and Regulations
Be registered Manager Award and/or NVQ (diploma) Level 4 in Health and Social Care
Be up to date with Local Authority and Health Service Commissioning arrangements.
Strong leadership and team motivational skills, together with Strong financial reporting and presentation skills will be required.
