As registered manager responsibilities include: implementing policies and procedures in line with company strategy and reviewing and implementing the company's business plan. Responsible for budget allocation and ensuring appropriate financial controls are in place. To develop a quality care service that promotes stability for young people and to oversee the management of the children's home and welfare of young people. Be an effective leader of staff and care operation and understand NMS requirements in line with operation of home and recruitment of staff. Provide regular supervision and support for all staff members and promote work as part of a multi disciplinary team. You must have at least 5 years experience in child care or NVQ level 4 or working towards leadership and management level 5.
