We are currently seeking to recruit a Lead Nurse for a well-respected service in the Bromsgrove area. The service is fully compliant with CQC regulations.
Must have over 2 years nursing in a care home (supervisory experience is preferred)

The Lead Nurse will play a key role in delivering the care standards within the service, taking the responsibility of overseeing the nursing team and monitoring the health and social care of the residents. The role involves working 36 hours per week, predominantly on days, 30 hours clinical and a further 6 hours super numeracy and may be required to work the odd night shift if required.
Shifts are 8am-2pm, 2pm-8pm and 8pm -8am
Applicants must hold a relevant nursing qualification and currently be registered with the NMC. In return the home offers comprehensive training and career progression.
