Residential support worker

As we have experienced a growth in our business within the Merseyside area we are recruiting for Support workers to work with Children & Young People within residential settings across Liverpool, Wirral, St Helens, Knowlsey, Halton, Warrington and West Lancs . This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced support workers to join us as we develop the care sector's world of work. You will have experience of working with Children & Young People with emotional & behavioural difficulties and challenging behaviour. You will be expected to supervise the young people at all times adhering to care plans and needs, escorting the young people on home visits and excursions, providing them with activity plans and providing them with a positive role model. You will have experience of engaging with children and young people in order that they can experience positive life opportunities which promote their independence. NVQ Level 3 Children & Young People with up to date relevant training is desirable. This role is subject to a fully enhanced CRB check* & references will be undertaken
