Registered Manager

Our client, a national specialist in caring for young people, is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and knowledgeable Residential Manager to manage a 3 bed therapeutic home for young people. The role will entail supervising, training and supporting staff, managing budgets, meeting with Children's Homes Regulations and National Minimum Standards, and day-to-day duties. The applicant will need to be NVQ4 qualified (or equivalent) in management and have experience of managing a residential unit.
