A Hotel in Falmouth requires a Restaurant Manager to join their team. Their AA Rosette restaurant is modern, contemporary and stylish with fresh food cooked to order using the best Cornish, seasonal ingredients, dealing with up to 150 covers. You will be responsible for all aspects of the successful operation of the restaurant.

The ideal candidate will have already proven themselves as a Restaurant Manager; will have experience of high standards / fine dining. They will also have developed Standards & Procedures and implemented them successfully.
