3D CAD Draughtsman (Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical, Food, Dairy)
£19 p/h, 3 Month Contract,

Due to winning a substantial order with a renowned UK based blue chip client, this well established supplier of process plant equipment is experiencing a rapid increase in work which has already seen their current workforce stretched beyond capacity. With this workload likely to continue increasing all through 2010, there is an urgent requirement for a contract site manager.

The role will involve:
• 3D CAD drawings of pumps, pipework and pressure vessels for hygienic process equipment.
• Use of CADworx for proposal and manufacturing drawings.
• Project engineering – updating clients on projects and liaising with suppliers.
• Occasional site visits.

The successful applicant must possess the following key skills. Our client will not consider applicants without all the following:

• Strong 3D CAD skills and the ability to learn new packages (training on CADworx will be provided).
• Experience within a hygienic process industry (cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food, dairy or similar).
• Project Engineering Skills – not just someone who will sit at a CAD station. Need to be able to liaise with clients and suppliers and be customer facing.
