Our client a manufacturing group within the FMCG industry is looking to further strengthen their engineering process department.
On a functional level you will manage multiple process improvements projects, and be an integral part in reducing waste and increasing productivity by using modern manufacturing and process improvement techniques.
The candidate will poses a strong academic background qualified in a manufacturing engineering discipline, with a good knowledge of continuous improvement techniques e.g. 5’s, Kanban, Kaizan.
You will also posses a background with the food or FMCG sector and have knowledge of managing process improvement initiatives with a proven ability within New Product Development.
The successful candidate will lead continuous improvement projects and will train staff in continuous improvement techniques.
