Internal Verifier - Logistics, Transport and Warehouse - East England



A leading Transport and Logistics NVQ training provider is looking to recruit a qualified Logistics, DGV, Warehouse and Distribution Internal Verifier to covering mainly the East Anglia region - Bury St Edmunds.The role of the Internal Verifier ensures the timely and accurate delivery of NVQ's and Key Skills in line with company procedures



Main Responsibilities:



b) Advising, supporting and when necessary training Assessors and Internal Verifiers.



c) Sampling and monitoring assessments.



d) Planning of the internal verification process and working to an on-going plan.



e) Confirming Assessor judgements by planned sampling of portfolios.



f) Monitoring assessment practice to maintain quality.



g) Ensuring own and assessment/IV competence.



h) Maintaining records and ensuring records are kept by others.



i) Ensuring that the systems and documentation used are effective and compliant with the requirements of the company and Awarding Bodies.



j) Holding regular meetings with Assessors and Verifiers.



k) Liaising with External Verifiers and Awarding Bodies.



l) Taking action in Appeals cases.



m) To assist with other duties within the scope and nature of the post.



n) To implement and comply with the Company's Equality & Diversity and Health & Safety Policies.



Candidates must be D34 / V1 qualified with the ability to Verify logistics and warehouse related NVQs. It is also essential that you are able to work independently, managing your own time and travelling within the East Anglia regions to visit different workplaces.
