We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time teacher of A Level Psychology to teach 6 x 50 minute lessons per week. This is a temporary role from January 2010 until June 2010, with the possibility of this being extended over the college’s Summer Term (July and August 2010). Due to the nature of this role, an ability to teach Pschology to A Level and a strong subject knowledge is essential.
Our client is a small, pre-university college based in Canterbury. They offer studies at GCSE, A Level and International Baccalaureate Levels. The college recognises that each student requires a different approach to realise his or her full potential. With their small teaching groups and their mentoring approach, the college aims to develop and stretch students’ abilities in a fulfilling and supportive environment. The class sizes are small and the expectation for success is high. 100% of graduates gain university places.
