Lead UPS Field Service Engineer

We are working with one of the worlds most innovative power companies whose specialties include Combined Heat and Power generation, and Uninterruptible Power Supply. We have been appointed to source a Field Service Engineer to be based from home.

Located within the Derbyshire / Nottinghamshire / Leicestershire / Staffordshire / Warwickshire areas, you will be servicing UPS units along the M1 and the surrounding towns in the Derbyshire / Nottinghamshire areas.

· Your role will be split with a biased towards field based service and some office duties.
· Traveling daily to customer sites to servicing UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) units, providing client satisfaction and outstanding customer service at all times.
· Installing UPS units
· Responding to breakdowns and service calls, maintaining and repairing any faulty units.

With strong product knowledge on a wide range of static / battery UPS systems you will be a competent and enthusiastic Electrical biased Engineer with strong Uninterruptible Power Supply fault finding and diagnostics skills gained over a wide range of static UPS units.

This is a key potion for our client as you will be the leading hand on UPS Installation and fault finding, strong commutation skills and a high attention to detail are essential for this opportunity. Ideally you will possess a strong knowledge of control panels and associated electrical equipment.

Our client will be rewarding the successful candidate with a highly competitive salary ranging from £25,000 - £28,000 (OTE minimum £36,000 +, as you will be paid from door to door) + Pension, Healthcare, Holiday, Van, Laptop and Mobile Phone.
