IT Helpdesk Assistant
Our well established housing society in Tewkesbury is currently recruiting for an IT Helpdesk Assistant to support around 70 users over 7 different sites. This position of IT Helpdesk Assistant will be required for an 8 week project with an immediate start.
Primary IT Helpdesk Assistant duties:
? Answering calls relating to IT issues
? Managing calls and resolve IT related issues
? Trouble shooting both hardware and software issues
? Escalating issues to 2nd and 3rd line support levels
? Providing support for various MS Windows applications
? Assisting in the daily running of the IT Helpdesk
Applicants are expected to have had experience within helpdesk support, with desirable exposure and use of MS Active Directory and MS Exchange Server.
Answering directly to the IT Manager, the successful candidate will have strong customer focus and posses a confident persona.
The IT Helpdesk Assistant position is offering a two month contract to cover sick leave within the department, with every possibility of extension. This position requires an immediate start.
