Our client based in Feltham, Middlesex is a Global Leader in Relationship Management and this role is based working onsite and supporting a Global Leader in IT Services.
This role is initially a 12 month fix term contract which is likely to be extended for a further 12 months or go permanent after this time. Candidates would still be eligible to same company benefits etc.
The salary for this role is paying £26 - £29k Plus Great Benefits
There is the requirement for some flexibility in working hours as the main client contact is based in the US
Overview
The WW IS Operations Centre is critical in supporting the Inside Sales organisation, relating to processes, behaviours, data and tools.
Job Description
The Inside Sales Operations Specialist (ISOS) function will serve as the single point of contact on the Sales hierarchy setup requests, administration of New Hire Process, spanning across all theatres. Serve as the subject matter expert for our real time bookings tool (MBR), related upload tools, and processes; implement solutions for increased data quality and system functionality, per the business requirements of his/her designated area.
Job Responsibilities:
•Maintain related systems relative to the New Hire Process (NHP) and Move, Add, Change (MAC) process including Sales hierarchy, OSCD and the Global Mapping table.
•Subject Matter Expert (SME) for development of new tools used by ISOS role.
•Maintains full ISAM Mapping tables.
•Maintains integrity of Inside Sales MBR and all related mapping files.
•Process documentation and implementation; keep control of processes to centralise Inside Sales functions
•Work cross functionally with Sales Manager, Theatre Operation team, Finance, Sales Business Operations.
Skills Required:
•Advanced Microsoft Excel (essential) and Access (preferred) skills including experience with complex pivot tables, charting, and databases
•Knowledgeable of basic sales process, metrics and analytics
•Strong analytical, problem solving, quantitative and reporting skills
•Experience with Business Objects (or similar) is preferred but not essential

•Clear and concise communication style with excellent listening skills and good business judgment.
•Must have sense of urgency as well as attention to detail.
•Ability to meet tight deadlines.

•Must be able to manage ad-hoc requests with the ability to conclude priority levels for each request.
•Ability to resolve operational issues quickly and to drive timely delivery
•Ability to work cooperatively and effectively as part of a team
