Business Development Manager – Recruitment / Head Hunter. Over four years B2B sales experience within a cold-calling, high volume environment dealing with sophisticated business buyers and multiple stakeholders. Will have owned full sales lifecycle and be used to targets and KPIs. Must be good at qualifying, probing, overcoming objections, and closing. Will possess high emotional intelligence, enabling them to read situations, listen and build rapport. C£20k - £30k basic ote £50k - £120k, pension, healthcare, based London (Waterloo area). £20-30, 000 basic Salary depending on experience plus commission and health care, pension,
23 days holiday and Blackberry. Ote uncapped £50k - £120k as a guide
