My client is looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator for their busy office based in central Cobham to join an already very successful team of negotiators.

The role will require you to assist with viewings, ensuring all appointments are entered into the branch diary, maintaining the applicant register, deal with tenants and landlords in a positive and effective manner whilst ensuring your personal targets are being met.

The right candidate will have a lettings or property sales background and thrive in a target driven environment.
