Are you an experienced Business Analyst coming from the HR/Payroll software market place? Are you a capable professional with the ability to gain user requirements and plan implementation projects? Have you worked within a client facing capacity with experience of managing key relationships?

The Background

This global technology provider with an excellent market position is currently seeking to recruit a Business Analyst to work with clients, gathering specifications and leading on initial transformation activity focussed on HR software. This is a field-based position, but will offer you the opportunity to work from home.

The Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Operations Director and within an implementation team, you will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, gathering their requirements to put together customised HR software solutions to meet the needs of their business.

Co-ordinating any initial change management processes, you will work with the development team, ensuring that the technical and functional specifications you have developed are turned into fully functional solutions. Working around the UK with potentially some exposure to Europe, you will be required to manage key relationships and build rapport at executive and decision maker level.

The Professional

The successful candidate will have experience in business analysis and/or implementation within the HR/Payroll software market. You will have an excellent understanding of the implementation life cycle, incorporating project planning and the design, development and delivery of technical and functional specifications. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and ‘push back’ within a customer-facing environment. This is a field-based position, with potentially some work across Europe as well as the UK and on occasion and you may also be based from home.
