We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager / Services Manager for a national professional body.
As Facilities Manager / Services Manager, you will have responsibility for ensuring that the service level agreements are achieved across the operation within catering, premises, procurement and 1st line IT support. This will include customer service issues, best practice, printing and photocopying services, health and safety, operational and legal obligations within leased premises, external meeting rooms and an equipment register for auditing and insurance purposes. The role will require you to work in London up to twice a week with a potential overnight stay.
To be considered for this Facilities Manager / Services Manager role you must have experience within a similar role. This will mean you have good knowledge within service areas in a office environment and are able to manage multiple projects. In addition you will have excellent communication skills, strong IT Knowledge and a proven background within people management.
In return there is a starting salary of £30,000, contributory pension, Income Protection, DIS, Private healthcare, childcare vouchers etc.
