There is a current opportunity to work with a large Blue chip company leading its field in the telecoms industry. The current role available is an Administrative role as a Technical Allocations Centre Planner.
The role:
- will require candidates to allocate work using a trouble ticketing system.
- manage the field resource engineers out on sight to fix faults.
- ensure process are filled correctly.
- regularly involved in data entry
Candidates require:
- a confident knowledge with MS office - word, excel and power point
- a background in Data entry/help desk/internal customer service is advisable
- clear and professional telephone manner
