You will be part of a great team who not only look out for their customers but also for each other. Our office is a dynamic, fun relaxed environment where as a salesperson you will also work alongside the design team and have an involvement in the development of the products you sell.

We are looking for a sales person who will be responsible for acquiring new international business as well as maintaining and servicing existing accounts which span from distributors to key accounts in over 65 countries.

The ideal candidate is someone who is sociable, systematic and reliable. Highly organised and a good communicator whilst being passionate and determined about winning new customers and providing your existing accounts with excellent service. You posses strong negotiation skills and are very customer focused.

Key responsibilities include:
- Maximise sales from a portfolio of existing key accounts
- Develop close business relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
- Target and Win new accounts
- Exhibit at least twice a year at trade shows and promotional events both in the UK and abroad
- Have a critical involvement in the strategy of maintaining and winning market share with a good knowledge of sales and marketing
- Under promise and over deliver
- Conduct regular product sales reviews and competitive analysis
- Work well under pressure and to set timescales
- Have an involvement of the product development process

As International Sales Manager you will have:
- International FMCG sales experience
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Additional fluency in another European language would be a strong advantage.
- First class organisation and communication skills.
- Self-starter, success-driven and hard-working
- A genuine interest in the retail industry and design.
- Excellent written and spoken English.

Ideally you have had experience selling to Key Accounts and working in a fast paced company. You also don't mind the occasional company of our office dog and enjoy listening to cheesy 80's classics.
