You must have the ability to fully understand customer specifications and translate them to creative functional design ideas. You will also be required to manage a variety of projects to tight deadlines and provide technical assistance to the Sales & Marketing team.
It is essential for the successful candidate to possess a strong mechanical engineering background as well as being able to promote innovative ideas and concepts. You will ideally have previous experience in a similar senior role within an Engineering or Manufacturing environment.

Candidates must hold a minimum of a Degree in a Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing related subject or the equivalent experience in these areas. A strong working knowledge of 3-D CAD system and injection moulding component design would also be essential.
