Purchasing the correct amount of users will allow you to set up watchdogs for each individual user; allowing consultants to have direct CV matches sent to his/her inbox.
With your own email address allowed on the system, Client Response Coordinators will be able to call and help you with specific searches, giving you the edge on your competitors.
As a fixed user on the account you will be able to search the system and send CVs directly to your email.
Fixed users have the option of sending emails to batches of candidates. This enables you to advertise one vacancy to multiple candidates and control who you send the details to.
If you are a fixed user the system helps you to search by remembering your recent searches.
As a fixed user the system will send you matching CVs (a system called SmartMatch) directly to your email address.
