This hotel is like a Country House Hotel set only 4 miles from the centre of historic Hull

As chef de partie you will be part of a 14 strong team comprising of 9 chefs and 5 KP's

The working week is only 40 hours and if you work longer you will get time off in lieu, Salary is set at £15k but is negotiable. Additionally there is around £1,000 in tips plus the value of low cost live in which is only £32 per week!

The restaurant can seat 100 and there can be functions up to 550 but the same 2AA Rosette standard is required in both.
