OUR CLIENT ARE A PRESTIGIOUS HOTEL IN THE CENTRE OF YORK AND ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING TO RECRUIT A HOTEL RECEPTIONIST TO JOIN THEIR OUTSTANDING TEAM.

YOU WILL BE THE FIRST POINT OF CONTACT FOR GUESTS ENTERING THE HOTEL AND WILL CHECK THEM IN AND MAKE ANY ARRANGEMENTS AS REQUIRED. YOU WILL ANSWER THE PHONES AND TAKE ENQUIRIES AND TRANSFER CALLS AS REQUESTED.

YOU WILL HAVE SOME EXPERIENCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLAINT HANDLING IN EITHER A RETAIL OR CATERING ENVIRONMENT AND BE CONFIDENT IN UP SELLING THE HOTELS RESTAURANT AND OTHER FACILITIES.
PREVIOUS WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF VISUAL ONE WOULD BE BENEFICIAL.
