A fabulous opportunity has arisen due to expansion within this destination Hotel venue. They are looking for 2 Chef de Rangs to work within a newly refurbished relaxed fine dining environment. The hotel has fine dining, brassiere and function area which all need to be catered for. Training of staff on extensive wine list and service experience is essential.

ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER - LOVELY FRENCH RESTAURANT - SURREY

This restaurant has received excellent reviews and has a loyal family of local customers. The food is French/Mediterranean and is served in a friendly and warm atmosphere.

The Assistant Manager reports in to the Restaurant Manager and proprietors and is responsible for managing a team of 7 to include Chef De Rang and Commis Waiters.

You should be passionate about food and wines and some WSET training would be beneficial.

The restaurant is closed for Sunday dinner and all of Monday.
