Overall Job Purpose:

To provide remote support to the SCC client base. Primarily dealing with a wide range of Printers and MFD/MFPs.

This position would suit a field based Printer Specialist who is keen to move back to an internal role.

Main Duties:

* Log and vet printer incidents, providing an accurate vet in order to resolve calls as quickly and efficiently as possible
* Authorise articles produced in the Primus knowledgebase
* Promote useage of the knowledgebase amongst other team members
* Deal with the most problematic printer incidents which pass through the team, providing a cradle to grave ownership...

This job will suit someone with the necessary skills and experience to print to specification unsupervised and organise the shift as it expands over time.
This is a new position so at first there will one printer and one printer¡¦s assistant.
This will probably expand to 2 or more printers over time.
