Accurately classify and log 1st and 2nd line support calls from 3rd party providers and clients via telephone & email using the Service desk tool.
Use own initiative to process and prioritise faults according to incident type and contract in line with SLA’s
Implement Data Quality corrections as needed on existing calls to ensure Service Desk metrics are as accurate as possible.
Run routine SQL scripts to resolve standard Service Requests.
