•Issuing passenger cruise vouchers, transfer vouchers and hotel vouchers.
•Ensuring correct the Travel Companion booklet is enclosed.
•Preparing cruise wallet covering letters with data from Epoch reservation system.
•Ensuring flights e-ticket and/or Eurostar rail tickets are enclosed.
•Ensuring any other supporting document is enclosed where applicable.
•Preparing address label and tickets for mail dispatch.
•Updating Ticketing Report as wallets are prepared ensuring correct data entry.

The chosen candidate will also be responsible for checking all relevant travel details such as:
•Letter and label - checking letter and label against Epoch CRS system for content and details.
•Day to day itinerary and river booklet – checking correct itinerary and booklet are enclosed, looking at 2011 deployment sheet.
•Cruise vouchers – checking that cruise tickets, transfer vouchers and hotel vouchers are correct against CRS/Epoch reservation system. Then check that they appear in the correct sequence within the voucher booklet.
•Ship, itinerary and dates - ensuring correct ship, sailing itinerary, embarkation and disembarkation dates match data on CRS/Epoch reservation system.
•Transfers – ensuring correct flights and transfers in terms of routes and dates are being shown on CRS/Epoch reservation system. Checking transfers have been booked correctly and that correct train stations, airports and pre/post extensions appear on documentation.
•E-tickets – checking flight e-tickets against details on CRS/Epoch reservation system and rail tickets against Eurostar manifest.
•Dispatch – add note to Epoch log “tickets check and sent first class/special delivery” and where applicable e.g. “on board spend vouchers for GBP50 pp enclosed with tickets”. Prepare documents for dispatch.
Invoicing
•Work off letter processing centre to produce cover letter and booking form to send out to passengers
•Print individual invoices from Epoch Reservation System to go as a support document to above
•Enclose other documentation as required.
•Deal with any adhoc admin duties as of when requested.

In short the ideal candidate will have a travel back ground, have excellent administration skills and be highly organised and an excellent communicator with good IT literacy.

Normal hours of work are 37.5 hours per week. Normal working days are Monday to Sunday working 5 days out of 7 as per roster requirements covering weekends where applicable. Working hours will be scheduled between 8am and 8pm on a shift basis.
