Overall Job Purpose:
To provide 3rd Line technical desktop environment hardware and software support. The role will also be responsible for the testing and validation of desktop standard operating environment, including build images and software capability. Overall Job Purpose:
SMTC (Secure Multi-Tenant Cloud) is the SCC Cloud Solution for Government and Public Sector organisations.
Working in an implementation role within the Data Centre team, this role is specifically aligned to the transition of customers onto the SMTC cloud solution.
