THE ROLE:

Our client is looking to appoint a National Commercial Manager to manage a team of 7 regionally based area sales managers. The appointed individual will have full responsibility for meeting national targets and continuously developing your team to achieve their full potential. Report writing (advanced excel is essential), developing strategy and new working processes as well as regular meetings with key suppliers will form a considerable proportion of the National Commercial Manager's time. You will be highly commercial and report directly into the CEO and full P&L responsibility for the Commercial Sales Team will full under your remit. This role is 80% people management and will involve being based right across the UK working closely on the field monitoring and coaching, maximising the UK sales potential.
