Package: Up to £30k + Bonuses + Benefits

This is not a normal job. It is a unique opportunity to learn at the hands of one of the UK’s leading entrepreneurs. It is an opportunity to learn how to run a real business – it’s not a run-of the mill graduate scheme, it’s not within the constraints of big business, it’s not pigeon-holed in a specific team. This is real and a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

You will be challenged by the CEO to:

Undertake data driven research
Prepare him for key stakeholder meetings (including: Group Board; Regulators; Funders)
Provide ad-hoc business analysis for key issues/opportunities
Think like an entrepreneur

This role will prepare you for running your own business where the “Amigo Brand” (which you will have helped to develop and nurture) will be respected and valued. In simple terms, if you want to be different from your peers, learn in an environment that respects and values “different”.

Yes, your peers may scoff as they throw the big corporate schism in your face. However, this is real (not theoretical) experience with real accountability. Yes, you will be taking a risk. However, with risk comes reward – both financial and experiential.

The Richmond Group is one of the UK’s leading specialist consumer finance businesses. The Group has ambitions to become a global name in the next 5-10 years where its revolutionary lending methods (lending to a “Social Score not a Credit Score”) will see it as a household name. The Group is about incredible lending products that give access to anybody who requires finance.

The Group has a powerful mix of an entrepreneurial culture supported by strong, professional disciplines. The entrepreneurial culture is set by the founder, James Benamor, whose visionary thinking will put the Group at the forefront of post-credit crunch lending businesses.

The Group has a number of key competencies:

Software Engineering
Analytical Firepower
World-Class Web Design
Best-in-class governance, control and functional discipline

Apply now and don’t forget we’re looking for a special individual who we will grow and develop into a “CEO/Entrepreneur-In-Waiting”
What we offer in return:
