What we’ll think you’ll need:
Experience at Senior Management level (Board Director or
Head of Function) in direct response marketing
Successful track record of devising and implementing effective
marketing strategies covering the entire marketing mix
Proven track record of managing a Marketing Function in a high growth
environment
Proven ability to manage key internal and external stakeholders at the
most senior levels
Proven leadership and people management skills, including performance
management, training and development, remuneration
Full membership of Chartered Institute of Marketing/Degree in Marketing
or Business Studies or able to demonstrate equivalent marketing experience
Ability to meet the
intellectual and technical demands of the job
Strategy experience with demonstrable track record of organisational
leadership and direction

The FLM Loans Sales and Processing team is growing and we are looking for new members to be part of FLM’s success. This is a fast paced role where the ability to build rapport whilst being efficient and accurate is key.
Working in our highly successful Sales & Processing team, you will be responsible for checking loan applications in accordance with the underwriting criteria. You will be responsible for verifying the information given in the application form and any supporting documents, checking affordability, conducting credit searches relating to loan applicants and/or guarantors, chasing customers for missing documentation and fully completing all administration to the required standard.
