Duties:
To process retirements and payments of lump sums and pensions
To produce Pensions Forecasts, AVC (additional voluntary contribution) estimates, Transfer Values and the calculation of CEP's (contribution equivalent premiums) and refunds for leavers.
To update member records
To produce standard communications to Trustees, Members and Managers

Our client seeks an Account Liaison Manager for the growing Emerging Markets business. Delivering a high level of service to all EM customers with detailed attention to their needs is essential to assisting the growth of this area of business. The role is a support role to 8 sales managers who are located accross different locations. In addition to strong administration skills and a meticulous eye for detail it would be advantageous to have experience within a finance environment(ideally within logistics/exports/telecoms) and experience of export licencing.

Drax is the owner and operator of the largest coal fired power station in the UK, supplying around 7% of the UK's electricity, and for the last 12 months, have produced more renewable power than any other UK facility.
They are currently looking to recruit a Health and Safety Advisor.
SCOPE OF ROLE:
• Reports to the Safety and Outage Section Head
• Primary responsibility will be to undertake the role of Healthy & Safety Coordinator for a number of Plant Areas ensuring that Health & Safety standards and responsibilities are understood by all involved with this Plant Area
• Ensure that engineering outage shutdown and project work is carried out in a timely, cost effective manner and managed to required safety, operational and environmental standards.
• Undertake the Role of CDM Coordinator for Adhoc Projects
• Provides advice and guidance on safety matters to the project team
• Responsible for managing safety interfaces between multiple contractors
• Responsible for ensuring that adequate Risk Assessments, Method Statements and Lifting Plans in place
• A member of the Drax Safety team, which provides leadership and promotes safety and teamwork across all functions
REQUIREMENTS:
• Required to interface with Operation, Maintenance, Engineering and multiple contractors
• Required to work on Unit Outages on rota basis, to manage and improve Outage Safety
• Required to ensure correct Health and Safety standards are applied
• Required to implement project management best practice
• Required to have a good knowledge and understanding of CDM regulations, Process Safety and General Health and Safety Legislation
• Required to work closely with external bodies including suppliers, contractors, consultants, and insurance engineers
• Able to introduce Innovative approaches to Health and Safety Management
PERSON DIMENSIONS:
• A safety qualification to at least NEBOSH cert standard (Diploma Preferred).
• Must be able to work flexible hours to suit a busy shutdown outage
• Must have specific accredited training in current CDM procedures
• Experience in heavy engineering
• Knowledge and experience of large Civil Contracts would be an advantage
• Highly motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply Health and Safety legislation in a practical application
• Must be able to quickly adapt to changing business needs and provide solutions to problems logically and quickly
