Scope of role
To be responsible for the planning and ongoing delivery and maintenance of the company's websites and digital marketing activity, in order to gain profitable competitive advantage, maximise customer acquisition and retention, as well as reduce staff attrition. Ensure professional support for all members of the team to deliver the highest possible standards through all aspects of work.
Key Accountabilities
• On-going development of website and internal online communications including site architecture, web usability, visual and messaging hierarchy, copy and imagery
• Develop plans that grow the visibility of company websites drawing on digital campaigns, display advertising, SEO, PPC, affiliates, social media, online PR, email marketing and CRM
• Monitor the success and impact of all activity via site analytics, reports and other tools as appropriate, to demonstrate the ROI and report regularly to key stakeholders
• Carry out business case appraisals for all proposed enhancements to the web and internal social media sites
• Manage and direct external agencies to achieve marketing objectives
• Work closely with IT department to meet business standards on security

• Agree and set standards for web design and development
