Working within our growing European Small & Medium Business (SMB) Digital team, this is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Digital Product Manager to take ownership in the strategic development of the digital product portfolio and lifecycle to meet existing and evolving business and product goals.
The role leads the evaluation of new products and geographic expansion opportunities in Europe in conjunction with the global team and will pursue a product lifecycle management process. The role will also represent the expert voice of the SMB market in Europe by maintaining good visibility into latest trends, current issues and potential future growth opportunities around legislation changes across Europe.
In conjunction with the SMB Digital and Tactical Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for
• Managing the online development and creation of the product positioning, customer value propositions and messaging strategy.
• Developing and delivering online product marketing for each of the digital product solutions and managing through the lifecycle.
• Driving the organizations insight into new and existing customer personas
• Delivering effective ways to drive new revenue growth, retention and customer engagement through online marketing channels.
The role is accountable to develop the appropriate go-to-market channel strategies in each market and to work with the SMB digital marketing team, local marketing and sales teams to assist with execution of the strategies. The role will also help create and expand the SMB's online expansion through product development and enhancement of the pbSmart family, including pbSmart essentials and the small business microsite.
Knowledge and Educational Background
• Exceptional digital product marketing and management experience
• Proven experience of working on world class digital marketing projects
• Experience of working within European teams
• Experience of developing and managing web sites and online applications
• Background in managing the definition and execution of projects from conceptualization through to implementation

Pitney Bowes currently have an opportunity for an experienced Electro-Mechanical Engineer to be based on site at our Harlow, Essex site. This position plays a key role in ensuring Pitney Bowes is able to fully capitalize on leading edge technology leading to increased revenue and productivity.
As an on site engineer you will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective technical solution service for both internal and external clients. Products include and are not limited to; printers, franking machines, mail inserters, mail sorters.
A strong focus on customer service is key to this role, as well as good communication skills internally, so excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
You will also be providing training to key operators, and advising on configuration to increase productivity and reducing calls for assistance.
Hours are 8.45am – 4.45pm Monday to Friday with some overtime
