The Reliability Engineer responsibilities will include:
Generation of reliability programme plans and agreement with the project and the customer, in line with business processes and DEF STAN 00-40 as applicable.
Responsible for the generation, promotion and realisation of the stated plan on a given project.

My client is a large multi-disciplinary consulting firm, and a leading provider of business, technology and project/programme consultancy to clients in the public and private sectors, helping clients achieve genuine benefits from their investment and change programmes. Advising at senior levels on complex business problems, my client takes a hands-on role to ensure the solutions are delivered.

Key service areas cover the entire lifecycle of change including transformational and organisational change across a range of clients. We are looking for Consultants with proven record of delivering change activities such as organisation design (including Operating Models), change readiness and cultural change interventions, stakeholder engagement, communications strategy and delivery, and learning and development interventions. These activities will typically form part of a larger transformation programme, advising on the long and short term impact of the change, assessing business readiness and designing and implementing target operating models, performance management and organisational learning.

As a Consultant, you will be responsible for:
Delivery of high quality consulting assignments, identifying and delivering change for a range of clients, predominantly in the security sector
Manage day to day work and client interfaces in order to set expectations and establish and meet goals and deadlines
Work in multi disciplinary teams, ensuring the transfer of skills to colleagues and clients
Contributing to the development and sharing of thought leadership and the development of new propositions

Suitable candidates will have:
A strong proven competency of delivering business transformation and change management within the UK security sector
Experience in 2 or more of the following areas:
Operating Models
Change Readiness and Cultural change interventions
Business Transformation
Organisation Design
Change Management
Stakeholder engagement and communications
Organisational learning and development
Experience of applying proven models and frameworks to develop and implement organisational change
A solid programme/project management background.
Able to communicate risks to client stakeholders
Good first degree (or equivalent) and relevant professional qualifications
