The Job:
As Area Premier Manager you will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing a team of Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) and Premier Relationship Managers. Responsible for driving team performance and delivering bank strategy, ensuring that growth is achieved through customer acquisition and effective cross selling by establishing and meeting customer needs.
The successful candidate:
Will be FPC or CEFA qualified and maintain CAS.
