Working on a social housing maintenance contract, the main purpose of the role is to supervise and manage the day to day operation of all Void works, taking responsibility for the organisation of all sub contract labour, the allocation of their workloads and the ongoing monitoring of their progress and performance. You will also assist with the day to day operation of the contract, and assist the Partnership Manager in aspects of financial control, reporting, and negotiating with external consultants and clients.
