Main responsibilities of the role
• Manage branch, - overseeing complete day to day operation of the branch
Managers will have total control over

• Everything that affects the commercial performance of the business
Requirements
• Previous management experience within the sector or allied industry, such as a builders’ merchant
• Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills.

• An individual who thinks on his/or her own feet and wants to make things happen

SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER/SALES MANAGER
Based within the M25 region, south of London
As a result of continued growth, immediate openings exist with an international industry leader in the supply and service of industrial process, refrigeration, gas treatment and compressions systems to the energy, oil, gas and chemical industries on a global basis. The position with be located within the M25 area, south of the Thames.
Reporting to the General Manager you will work with both the local team and their fabrication facilities. You will be responsible for sales of process systems and compression equipment to new customers as well as the existing customer base consisting of oil and gas producers, process gas companies, engineering firms and EPC contractors throughout Europe.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years experience in design, equipment sales, or package engineering preferably servicing an international client base. The successful candidates will demonstrate strong motivation, work ethic, organisation and time management skills and a strong aptitude for sales. Excellent communication, both written and oral and presentation skills are required.
Responsibilities include:
i)Preparation of proposals ensuring proper process design, equipment selection and price estimating.
ii) Travel to European markets and other locations within the region is required.
iii) Making production presentations to customers
Other requirements include:
i)Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred
ii) Previous sales experience in the Gas Processing Industry or the sale of reciprocating compressor equipment is preferred for this role
iii)Preference given to multi-lingual candidates with flexibility for extensive international travel.
