I am currently working on behalf of a Russian developer who specialises in luxury real estate and hospitality projects across Europe. My client is seeking a Russian and English speaking site manager required for high level construction sites.
My client reuires someone that is flexible on location managing sites between London and the North of England.

Roles & Duties:

You will play a major role in pre-site and on-site meetings with a range of professionals who will work to ensure successful completion of project, maintain strict quality control procedures by regularly testing materials, visual inspections of work, and frequent tours of the site. You will also be responsible for conducting regular site safety checks.
You will be ideally from a Main contractor background and have progressed into Site Management having had exposure to working on projects in the UK.
You will possess a sharp eye for detail and quality, plus possess superb forward planning and problem solving ability, people management skills, and a positive, 'get it right first time' approach.
The Rewards:
The company are willing to pay an initial starting salary of up to £36,000, with the possibility of accommodation close to the site with company car.

The post holder must have working knowledge of current legislation and practices in all elements associated with electrical building services

The Role The Shift Engineering Forman/woman has full engineering responsibility on site for the respective shift to ensure that production performance is achieved through the upkeep and improvement of key assets. The Shift Engineering Forman/woman must support the Area Process Leaders' teams to ensure professional standards of engineering are maintained and resources are available to meet all aspects of operational performance. Functionally reporting into the Operations Engineering Manager and indirectly into the Area Process Leader
Key Activities *Responsible for all aspects of Health & Safety and Welfare of yourself and your direct reports In engineering in your direct control *Responsible for all aspects of Environmental emissions for yourself and your direct reports In engineering in your direct control *To have a good working relationship with the management team within your area to enable effective communication to take place. *Understand and work within the engineering expenditure budget constraints. *Ensure an adequate and secure supply of machinery spares is retained on site, to meet the needs of the routine replacements of component and emergency breakdown *Work with the Engineering Projects manager to implement the Capital investment projects to yearly Capex programme on time and to Budget. *Work with the operations team to deliver the production plan budgeted Attainment to Plan. (ATP) *Drive adherence to Production TPM schedules ensure that planned maintenance is applied on all plant and equipment throughout the Factory to achieve maximum plant efficiency and minimise plant breakdown across all functions *Drive engineering improvement project to improve the site OEE *Manage all sub-contractors time and health and safety and environmental practices. *Support development of teams to reduce changeover times *Ensure Internal Supplier / Customer relationships and information flows are improved to deliver the production process *Ensure that Company Rules, collective agreements, grievances and disciplinary procedures are correctly and consistently applied, where appropriate liaising with the Human Resources Manager *Review daily, in conjunction with the line Area Process Leader the work schedules for all the engineers within the operations team.
Work pattern: 12 hour shifts (plus over time as per business requirements), Monday to Sunday inclusive. Rota: 4 x 12 hour Shifts; 4 x Rest Days; then repeat

*Calibration of all forms of Instrumentation to Company approved methods on a variety of sensitive plant, and the diagnosis of faults including variance from calibrated parameters.

M&E Manager
We are currently recruiting for a M&E Manager based in West London.
Under the direction of the Estates Service Head, provide direct managerial and technical support in the asset database population to Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems.
The main purpose of the role is to refine and complete the current asset database ready for migration.
Further requirements will be to liaise with the Works Coordinator PPM planner, as the Assets are directly linked to the Planned Maintenance CAFM system, to identify and specify the required critical spares, and to support the head of estates in procurement of the stores.
