Responsible for the follow-up (methods, case selection, data collation, and analysis, interim and final reports) of the devices designed and manufactured by the company.
Studies on the performance of the various METS products such as the proximal femoral, distal femoral, proximal tibial and proximal humeral systems
Attending out-patient clinics, reviewing clinical patient notes, reviewing radiographs, or specific design features Organising and holding post-market surveillance (PMS) meetings with company staff, surgeon groups (both in the UK and overseas) and distributors.
Disseminating PMS information
Liaising with the design team regarding the clinical performance of specific design features and/or instrumentation
Attending surgical procedures and evaluating the usability of design features / instruments and then following-up the implant design features and assessing the clinical performance (clinical review and radiographic).
Clinical data filings for regulatory purposes:
Manage, liaise with and provide technical support to company staff
Review all feedback for vigilance reporting:
Against the requirements of 21 CFR 803 Medical Device Reporting
