This expanding oilfield solution organisation has an immediate need for a Projects Manager to join their growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, manufacture and delivery of commercial plant reactors.
Specifically the Project Manager will be responsible for the development of designs integrating the process design, mechanical design and manufacturability requirements, with the necessary support from the technical specialists and consultants on time and within budget. Be the primary contact for suppliers to both manage their work and undertake day to day communication, reporting on design and delivery/cost status.
You will have a BSc degree (or equivalent) in mechanical engineering and
at least 10 years project management experience delivering projects from £2m - £40m.
Experience of the design and manufacture of mechanical components and in particular plate-fin heat exchangers or reactors would be a distinct advantage, together a good knowledge of the associated codes and standards for pressure vessels. An understanding of process design and metallurgy would also be useful, though not essential.
