The successful applicant will be responsible for providing day to day support to a busy Project Management Office. Tasks include:
• Responsible for project status updates and KPI updates on SharePoint
• Weekly exception reporting and liaising with PM’s to ensure project documentation is produced in a timely fashion and milestones are not missed
• Ad hoc updates to project finance books during the month
• Assisting in month end finance/actuals updates to finance books and WIP/Work programme reporting

The successful candidate will have previous PMO experience and a thorough understanding of Project Management Methodology. You must be able to demonstrate an understanding of Project P&L’s as well as the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
