Job Purpose
To assist Project or Programme Manager(s) with producing and reporting budget loaded work programmes/schedules in Primavera Enterprise format, for the purpose of co-ordinating LU’s works with the Infracos, PFI Contractors and other third parties working on the Underground network. To create and update programme data in compliance with the Master Projects Database (MPD) requirements. To provide analysis and assist in the interpretation of the reports produced by the MPD.

Principal Accountabilities
The support and guidance may be provided in any of the following ways.

• Create and Update Project programmes.
• Analyse completeness and practicality of project Budget and Cost.
• Communicate and demonstrate project planning best practice.
• Ensure timely submission of programme update information to the MPD.
• Communicate and demonstrate the importance of the required input data, coding structures and output reports of the MPD.
• Conduct MPD orientation sessions for project team(s).
• Assist project team(s) with the interpretation of periodic standard MPD reports.

Provide project planning support and guidance to the Managers and the respective staff of the various parties responsible for submitting data to the MPD.

1)Senior Engineer:

Education:
