Ensure that the Strategy & Governance function is underpinned by best practice ITIL-based processes, & that these processes are regularly reviewed as part of the commitment to continuous service improvement. Manage the Strategy & Governance function’s overall budget & contribute to the annual revision of service charges in relation to the service catalogue & service level agreements (SLAs).
