You will assist in the drive to deliver a more commercially focused pro-active billing and support service to Partners. You will do this through the provision of a combined WIP management and billing service. This will include preparation and processing of bills, producing detailed reports in support of these bills. You will provide accurate advice on WIP management, billing procedures, queries and VAT issues. You will liase with Credit Control regarding billing issues in order to resolve them promptly. You will undertake ad hoc responsibilities as directed by the Billing Team Leader.

The role is a 2 month temporary contract with the possibility of extension. You must have at least 2 years legal billings experience, and must been highly proficient on the system Aderant or with CMS. You must also possess strong Excel skills. The nature of the role requires that you are an excellent communicator and have the ability to liase up to senior management and Partner level. You must be highly organised and able to prioritise work in order with deadlines, and therefore must also be able to perform under pressure to meet these strict deadlines.

Project Management experience would be desirable although not essential.
