The Role:
Sales Consultants/Sales Executives/Business Development/Financial Sales/B2C Sales people will be the first point of contact to the private clients who want to utilise the firm's products.
The successful candidate will have experience in B2C sales in a call centre or Telesales environment and will be used to selling a range of services. For this the successful applicant will enjoy an exceptional office environment will outstanding career prospects
Sales Executives are responsible for:-
•Qualifying initial enquiries;
•Completing detailed fact-find on private clients;
•Determining the best solution for each client;

This is predominately a telephone based client relationship development role but sales executives are also responsible for meeting with clients face to face at the firms offices/exhibitions in order to present the services of the private client desk.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required:
•Ideally have experience of working within a call centre environment and/or telemarketing function within a Business to Consumer (B2C) environment;
•Will be able to demonstrate excellent inter-personal communication skills (telephone and face to face presentation based sales are essential to role);
•Candidates will be numerical and confident working with figures over the telephone and face to face with clients;
•Experience working within a targeted environment would be advantageous;
•Proven track record within sales would be advantageous;
•Any experience in campaign based activity or direct marketing would be advantageous;
•Must be a self-starter with aptitude to learn new products/services quickly;
•Basic IT skills are essential for this position (Word, Excel, Email and Internet).

Overall Job Purpose
Working closely with the National Performance Manager to manage delivery of Local Business Income Plan & Targets, provide analysis of business performance, identify income development opportunities, manage relationships with other business areas and support the management and delivery of incentive scheme
Job Responsibilities
Assist the National Performance Manager in development of the Local Business network targets ensuring close alignment to the Local Business Income Plan.
