Main Purpose
•To provide an exemplary service to all customers existing & new
•To meet and exceed your sales, revenue and productivity targets.
•To protect and grow revenue from new and existing customers.
Key Job Responsibilities
•Maintain the agreed level of proactive contact with both existing and prospective customers using your own developed call data and also using company supplied CRM data.
•Establish and maintain sound business relationships by telephone with decision makers and influencers at the appropriate level within the customer accounts, maintaining a professional telephone interface at all times.
•To make outbound calls promptly in response to sales leads and promotion supplied for follow-up action.
•To develop, maintain and update appropriate Development Plans for customers in conjunction with other members of the Account Team.
•To maintain and improve knowledge on all consumable products in the company portfolio.
•To process/ amend order in accordance with customer instruction.
•To take orders from the customers received via phone.
•Ensure that customer complaints, issues and queries are dealt with promptly and reach a successful conclusion. Where relevant such matters must be escalated to your manager.
You must have
•Previous Sales/Telesales experience preferably
•Excellent Customer Service skills
•A naturally target driven & passionate nature
•The ability to work well individually or as part of a team
